Our History

On June 16, 2014, Hebei Xinxinyuan Energy Co., Ltd. was established, initially named Hebei Xinxinyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company is a subsidiary of the Hebei Zhongjie Petrochemical Group, with a registered capital of RMB 352 million and a site area of 960 mu.

In 2022, the company's C4 fine chemical integration and 50,000 tons/year ethylene glycol mono-tert-butyl ether (ETB) project were completed through "online acceptance". In the same year, the company was selected into the "2022 Hebei Province Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative (SRDI) Demonstration Enterprise" list.

By 2023, the company's annual comprehensive processing capacity reached 375,000 tons, with a workforce of over 200 employees. That same year, its product structure upgrading project for the C4 fine chemical integration unit (with an annual output of 320,000 tons of isomeric C4, 100,000 tons of tert-butanol, 20,000 tons of anhydrous tert-butanol, and 20,000 tons of high-purity isobutylene) was completed.

In 2024, the company's 30,000 tons/year diisobutylene project officially commenced construction. In the same year, the company's workforce increased to 315, and operating revenue reached RMB 2.417 billion. It was also honored as a High-Tech Enterprise and a Hebei Province Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise.

In 2025, the company's business scope was updated to include newly licensed items such as "hazardous chemical production" and "gas business operations." In the same year, the company's self-developed aluminum diisobutyl phosphinate flame retardant successfully passed the EU REACH certification under its own registrant status. Furthermore, the company secured new clients including Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and was granted patents for "a highly efficient hydration reactor" and "a housing for a degassing screw" during the year.

In 2026, the company was granted an invention patent for "a flame-retardant material and its preparation method" on February 3.
