Hebei Xinxinyuan Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Hebei Zhongjie Petrochemical Group, was established in 2014. With a registered capital of RMB 352 million, a site area of 960 mu, and a current workforce of over 300 employees, the company is a high-tech comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating fine chemicals with energy technology research and development.

The company is located in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Zhongjie Industrial Park, Huanghua City, Cangzhou Bohai New Area. This location is a provincial-level chemical industrial park in Hebei Province, situated at the intersection of three major national strategic zones: the Xiongan New Area Development, the Rim-Bohai Economic Circle, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development. Adjoining Tianjin Port and Huanghua Port, the park features National Highways 205 and 307, the Tianjin-Shantou Expressway, the Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway, and the Coastal Expressway. With national and local railways converging here, the area offers exceptionally convenient sea and land transportation.

Hebei Xinxinyuan Energy Co., Ltd. is recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise, a Hebei Province Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative (SRDI) Demonstration Enterprise, a Hebei Province SRDI SME, a Hebei Province Technology-based SME, a Hebei Province Industrial Enterprise R&D Institution (Grade A), and a Cangzhou Enterprise Technology Center. The company has established close and extensive technical cooperation with renowned domestic universities, including Tianjin University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Hebei University of Technology. Currently, the company holds 8 invention patents and 37 utility model patents, and has published 61 scientific papers.
